Big City Skyscraper in New York, Texas -

I got a random phone call from a guy a few months ago looking for someone in New York, Texas. I laughed and told him well thats me. If you have ever been to New York, Texas you know why I laughed. There is not much here. The guy was from Chicago and wanting to set up a art installation in New York, Texas that mimicked Park & 75 in New York City. The guy ended up calling the right place.

The project is a part of Chicago's Terrain Biennial, an outdoor art exhibit that began in Oak Park Chicago, but has spread to sites nationally and internationally. The idea is to make art more broadly accessible to the public, by partnering with residents and businesses for a limited installation.

Here is a link to the artist sites:

Most people suggest to sow your seeds in October, but i have had the best luck just letting nature take its course and I sow my seeds in the end of the bluebonnet season. This is usually sometime around the end of April.
